What you’ll do
As a Lot Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership lot. Your responsibilities will include driving and parking vehicles and maintaining the cleanliness of the lot. We are looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and has a strong attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stock in vehicles
- Stage vehicles for recon center
- Drive vehicles to designated parking areas within the dealership lot
- Park and arrange vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
- Keep the lot clean and free of debris
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling and cleaning vehicles
- Assist with inventory management
- Prior lot management a plus
- Possess ability to easily learn and navigate web based applications that are part of our inventory management system.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience in a dealership or valet parking is preferred but not required
